Hurricane Arthur and its effects for the holiday weekend

Although it looks as if hurricane Arthur will not severely impact our immediate coast, there are some things you should keep in mind for the upcoming holiday weekend;

- If you plan on going to the beach over the weekend, expect very strong rip currents even after the storm passes to our northeast.

- Please observe and adhere to lifeguard notices and advisories on the beach

- PLEASE DO NOT ENTER THE WATER IF LIFEGUARDS ARE OFF DUTY OR ARE NOT PRESENT

- If we experience flash flooding, please avoid driving if at all possible until the rain water subsides.

- USE THIS TIME TO PREPARE YOU AND YOUR FAMILY FOR HURRICANE SEASON, I HAVE INCLUDED A LINK FOR YOUR REFERENCE IN
