Several rounds of heavy rainfall are expected to move through the region through Wednesday. This may lead to localized flash flooding. General rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches are expected. Locally higher rainfall amounts in thunderstorms are possible and can occur over a short period of time.
Rapid rises on smaller rivers and stream are possible through Wednesday.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action should flash flood warnings be issued.
