This month has a FOUR-DAY WINDOW when meters are read.
Please remember to take that into account as you manage water use.

El Niño Unlikely to End California's Drought
The projected chance of an El Niño has been reduced to 70%. The strength of the developing El Niño forecast has been downgraded.
