Woodway Sexual Assault Arrest 
On 07/23/14 at approximately 10:00 AM, officers of the Woodway Public Safety Department arrested Jacob Elmond Oliver in the 400 block of South 9th Street in Waco, TX. Oliver was wanted on a charge of Sexual Assault from an allegation stemming from an incident involving a 16 year old victim in December of 2013. The investigation is ongoing.
