07/17/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 35, of Washington NJ, for resisting arrest, hindering apprehension, obstruction of the administration of justice, disorderly conduct and several motor vehicle violations. She was also found to have an outstanding $829.00 warrant out of Greenwich Twp., NJ. Patrol initially stopped the female’s vehicle for the maintenance of headlamps. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail on $1500.00 bail.

07/19/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 42, of Washington NJ, for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol observed the male kicking over flower pots on Washington Ave. He was issued a summons for the local ordinance and released with a court date.

07/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 42, of Phillipsburg NJ, for being a fugitive from justice out Pennsylvania. He was initially stopped for speeding. He was also found to have an outstanding $1000.00 warrant out of Monroe Twp. NJ. He was issued additional summons for driving while suspended and failure to provide documents. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail without bail while he awaits extradition to Pa.

07/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 27, of Flemington NJ for an outstanding warrant out of Raritan Twp. NJ and possession of CDS (Marijuana). Officers were dispatched to Belvidere Ave for a dispute involving multiple subjects. Upon arrival contact was made with several subjects and further investigation revealed the male had a warrant and possessed CDS. He was processed and released with a court date.

07/21/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 34, of Washington NJ, for criminal mischief. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail.

07/21/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 24, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1604.00. He was lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

07/21/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 30, of Flanders NJ for an outstanding warrant totaling $722.00. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail. .

07/21/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 51, of Phillipsburg NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1281.00 out of Washington and Mt. Olive Townships. Patrol was dispatched to the Rail Road Ave for a suspicious person. Upon arrival in the area, officer’s a male sleeping on the grassy area along the side of the roadway. The male was processed and released to the Mt. Olive Twp. Police Department.

07/22/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 22, of Bangor Pa, for obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest. Her bail was set at $5000.00 and was served in WC Jail where she was already lodged on other charges.

07/22/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 31, of Washington NJ, for littering on private property. Patrol located her garbage behind a closed business. She was issued a local ordinance summons and released with a court date.

07/24/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 33, of Washington NJ for a $89.00 outstanding warrant out of Mansfield Twp. Patrol stopped her vehicle for an overdue inspection sticker. She was processed, issued several other motor vehicle summons and released after post bail.

07/25/14 WTPD arrested one male, age 37, and another male, age 21, both of Washington NJ. Officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Belvidere Ave for a dispute. One male was charged with maintaining a nuisance, disorderly conduct, obstruction of the administration of justice, defiant trespass and simple assault. He was lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail. The other male had a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Patterson, NJ. He was processed and released with a court date
