Avoid W North St between Walnut/Elm AND N Line between North/US30 in CC today. 
Traffic congestion will continue today in Columbia City as crews begin paving North Line Street between North Street and US 30. This portion of Line Streeet will be open during paving activities but heavily congested, so expect delays.
Also, The Columbia City Water Department has CLOSED West North Street between Walnut and Elm Streets for water line maintenance.
