* TIMING...THIS AFTERNOON INTO TUESDAY MORNING. BEST CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE LOWER ELEVATIONS WILL BE TONIGHT THROUGH TUESDAY MORNING.
* THUNDERSTORMS...ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WITH ABUNDANT LIGHTNING POSSIBLE. DRY STRIKES ARE POSSIBLE.
* OUTFLOW WINDS...GUSTY AND ERRATIC WINDS TO 40 MPH POSSIBLE.
