Wanted Attempted 2nd Degree Murder Suspect: Joshua J. Vanburen B/M 12/02/1978. Last seen on 7/27/14. 
On 7/27/2014 The West Monroe Police Department was dispatched to a shots fire complaint. Where upon our arrival both victim and suspect had fled the scene.
After Officers arrived on scene investigating officer determined Joshua Vanburen was the suspect for attempted second degree murder. On 8/12/2014 an arrest warrant was secured from the 4thJDC for the bond amount of two hundred fifty thousand dollars.
The victim in this crime who also fled the scene prior to our arrival has yet to come forward to investigators.
