All state & town roads open and passable, on-going work to repair flash flood damage in E Washington & south end. 
Rt. 31 and all Washington Town Roads are now open. There are on-going repairs and motorists are cautioned to use extreme care when driving in East Washington and the roads south of the E Washington Rd and So Main St. intersection. There are many State, Town and private contractor crews and equipment working along and on the roadways.
Drivers should put their cell phones down, lower their speed and operate as safely as possible around these work areas.
