Dear Montecito Resident:

The Montecito Fire Protection District (“District”) is currently updating its community risk assessment and fire deployment plans. We are soliciting your input through an internet-based survey to ascertain what matters most to you about the services we provide. The District has contracted with Citygate Associates, LLC to conduct the community risk assessment and deployment analysis. One goal of this project is to help prioritize the services provided to Montecito residents. Additionally this survey will help to determine if District service levels are meeting expectations, and to identify any gaps between resident expectations and service delivery. This survey is an important element of their independent review, and your input is valuable to us and greatly appreciated.

Citygate Associates, LLC designed this online survey specifically for the Montecito Fire Protection District. All District residents and property owners are being invited to participate. The survey should take between 5 to 10 minutes to complete. If you wish to spend more time than this in order to elaborate upon your suggestions for improvement, there is a comment section at the end of the survey, and we encourage your input.
