Full Notification

The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office is releasing the following information pursuant to ARS 13-3825, the Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law. Notification must be made when certain sex offenders are released from the Arizona State Prison, accepted under an interstate compact agreement or released from a county jail back into the community. It is the responsibility of the Chief Law Enforcement Officer having jurisdiction where the offender intends to reside to inform the community.

The person who appears in this notification has been convicted of a sex offense, which allows the Sheriff’s Office to make community notification. The sex offender has advised the Sheriff’s Office that he will be living at the listed location. This person is NOT WANTED, by the Sheriff’s Office or any law enforcement agency at this time. This individual is not on probation or parole.

This notification is not intended to increase public fear; rather it is to inform the citizens of a sex offender living in the community and to comply with ARS 13-3825, Community Notification on Sex Offenders Law in making our community better informed and safer. Citizen(s) use of this information to threaten, intimidate, harass or cause any harm to this person will not be tolerated and are subject to charges being filed against anyone violating the law.

Isaiah Michael BROWN was arrested by the Tucson Police Department on October 14, 2010, and was subsequently convicted of molestation of a child. His victim was 4 years of age. Mr. BROWN was sentenced to serve a term of life time probation and is under courtesy supervised probation with the Santa Cruz County Adult Probation Department. Mr. BROWN is NOT WANTED by the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office or any law enforcement agency.

La Oficina Del Sheriff del Condado Santa Cruz relata la siguiente informacion conforme a la Ley de Arizona, ARS 13-3825, Notificacion a la Comunidad sobre la Ley de Ofensores Sexuales. Notificacion debe hacerse cuando ciertos ofensores sexuales salen de la Prision Estatal de Arizona, u aceptados bajo un acuerdo compacto interestatal o una carcel del condado para regresar a la comunidad. Es la responsibilidad del Jefe de la Agencia Policiaca quien tiene juridiccion sobre la comunidad donde el ofensor piensa vivir, notificar a la comunidad.

La persona que aparece en esta notificacion ha sido convicto de una ofensa sexual, por lo cual autoriza a la Oficina Del Sheriff notificar a la comunidad. El ofensor sexual ha notificado a la Oficina Del Sheriff que vivira en el lugar anotado. Esta persona NO ES BUSCADA por el Sherifato ni cualquier otra agencia policiaca. Este individuo no esta bajo ninguna orden de libertad condicional provisional. Esta notificacion no tiene la intencion de aumentar el temor al publico, sino es para informar a los ciudadanos que un ofensor sexual vive en la comunidad y tambiem para cumplir con los requisitos de la ley ARS 13-3825, Notification a la Comunidad sobre la Ley de Ofensores Sexuales, haciendo nuestra comunidad mas y mejor informada y segura. Actos de ciudadanos que abusan de esta informacion para amenazar, intimidar, acosar o causar daño a esta persona no seran tolerados y seran sujetos a cargos hechos en contra de cualquier persona que viole esta ley.

El Sr. Isaiah Michael BROWN fue arrestado por el Departamento de Policia de Tucson, Arizona el dia 14 de Octubre del año 2010 y fue convicto por acoso sexual de un menor. Su victima era un menor de 4 años de edad. El Sr. Isaiah Michael BROWN NO ES BUSCADO por la Oficina Del Sheriff de Condado Santa Cruz, ni otra agencia.
