MISSING PERSONS/ JUVENILE RUNAWAYS
Juvenile Runaway #1: Noah Elijah Conrad-Caplinger, W/M 14 years of Age; Huron Township Resident; last seen wearing basketball shorts and a white T-shirt.
Juvenile Runaway #2: Blanchard, Mykenzie, W/F. 15 years of age; Monroe County Resident; last seen wearing yellow shirt and blue jeans that was ripped in the front.
Noah and Mykenzie were last seen on August 17th, 2014 at 8:00p.m. in the 38000 block of Bayview in Huron Township. Possibly riding bicycles described as an Orange in color Mongoose and a blue Huffy. The initial investigation revealed that the juveniles ran away voluntarily and there are no indications that they are endangered. Based on their age, we are asking for the public’s help in locating both individuals. Anyone with information in regards to their whereabouts is asked to contact the Huron Township Police Department at 734-753-4400.
AIDING OR ABETTING VIOLATIONS OF JUVENILE COURT ORDERS (EXCERPT)

722.151 Aiding or abetting violations by juveniles, or harboring runaways prohibited.
Sec. 1.
No person shall knowingly and wilfully aid or abet a child under the age of 17 years to violate an order of a juvenile court or knowingly and wilfully conceal or harbor juvenile runaways who have taken flight from the custody of the court, their parents or legal guardian.
