School has begun. Motorist should take extra precautions and watch for an increase in pedestrian and bicyclist traffic. The morning sun at this time of year causes visual problems for motorist traveling in an easterly direction. Pedestrians in crosswalks have the right-of-way. Police will be aggressively enforcing crosswalk and parking violation around the WT campus. Everyone have a great year. Let's be safe.
