08/19/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 40, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Newark, NJ. He was processed and released with a court date.

08/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 48, of Washington NJ, for terroristic threats, obstruction of the administration of justice, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to the 20 block of W. Warren St., Washington Borough for a noise complaint. Upon arrival officers made contact with the male who was intoxicated and threatened the officer’s. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7500.00 bail.

08/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 32, of Oxford NJ, for an outstanding warrants totaling $1310.00 out of Washington Borough, Mansfield Township, Branchburg Township and Raritan Borough NJ. Patrol was conducting property checks of businesses on SH 31 in Washington Township when they encountered the male. The male was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

08/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 49, of Columbia NJ, for an outstanding warrants out of the Town of Phillipsburg and Roxbury Township, NJ totaling $457.00. The male was stopped by patrol for having an equipment violation. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons and released with a court date.

08/20/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 41, of Washington NJ, for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to the Railroad Ave Apts. Washington Borough for a suspicious female wandering around the complex. Upon the officers arrival they made contact with the female who was issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date.

08/21/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 51, of Oxford NJ, for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to the Washington Arms Apts. In Washington Borough to investigate a dispute. Upon the officers arrival they made contact with the male, who was not involved in the dispatched incident, but was yelling and being a nuisance. He was issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date.

08/23/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 29, of Washington NJ, for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to the 80 block of W Warren St. Washington Borough for the report of a suspicious person looking into parked vehicles. Upon arrival officers made they contact with the male, who was observed looking into a parked vehicle. Patrol determined nothing had been taken from any vehicles however due to the public annoyance and alarm that was created he was issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date.

08/23/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 27, of Easton Pa, for an outstanding $750.00 warrant out of Hampton Borough NJ. The male was stopped by patrol for having an equipment violation. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons and released to NJSP.

08/2314 WTPD arrested a male, age 24, of Washington NJ, for possession of (CDS) marijuana under 50 grams and paraphernalia. Patrol was dispatched to 200 block of Brass Castle Rd. Washington Township for a possible assault. Upon arrival patrol conducted an investigation and during the course of the investigation it was discovered that the male was in possession of (CDS) marijuana and paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a court date. The reported assault was unfounded.

08/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 21, of Oxford NJ, for an outstanding $500.00 warrant out of Paramus Borough NJ. He was stopped by patrol for a moving violation. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons and released after posting bail.

08/25/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 48, of Belvidere NJ, for receiving stolen property. The male had received jewelry stolen from a residence located in the 100 block of Henry St. Oxford Township, NJ on the 4th and 6th of August. He was processed and released with a court date

08/25/14 WTPD arrested, a male, age 24, of Oxford NJ, for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic needle. Patrol stopped the male for an equipment violation. He was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses and released with a court date.

08/25/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 41, of Washington NJ, for a $220.00 warrant out of Phillipsburg NJ. He was processed and released with a court date.

08/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 18 and a 17 year old boy both from Washington NJ for possession of CDS (marijuana) under 50 grams and paraphernalia. Patrol stopped the vehicle on SH 57 W in Washington Township for a motor vehicle violation. The juvenile male was also issued several motor vehicle summonses. Both subjects were processed and released with a court date.

08/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 27, of Toms River NJ, for an outstanding $350.00 warrant out of Toms River Township NJ. The male was stopped by patrol for operating an unregistered motor vehicle. He was processed, issued additional motor vehicle summonses and released with a court date.

08/26/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 32, of Oxford NJ, for an outstanding $89.00 warrant out of Elmwood Park NJ. She was stopped by patrol for an outstanding warrant. She was processed and released after posting bail
