08/28/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 36, of East Stroudsburg, Pa, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Bedminster Township, NJ. He was processed and released with a court date.

08/29/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 48, of Washington NJ, for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to the area of Rte. 57 and Rte. 31, Washington Borough for a male subject that had kicked a truck. Officers made contact with the male who was issued a summons for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date.

08/30/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 21, of Oxford NJ, for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to the 100 block of Buckley Ave, Oxford Township for a possible dispute. She was processed and released.

08/30/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 31, of Washington NJ, for possession of (CDS) marijuana under 50 grams and paraphernalia. Patrol was dispatched to the area of Port Colden Rd, Washington Township for an unrelated matter when they encountered a male who was in possession of CDS (marijuana) and paraphernalia. He was processed and released with a court date.

08/31/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 23, of Washington NJ, for three counts of possession of (CDS) prescription drugs. The male was stopped by patrol for a moving motor vehicle violation. Upon further investigation it was determined the male was in possession of CDS. He was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses and released with a court date.

08/31/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 44, of Bridgewater NJ, for a $178.00 outstanding warrant out of North Brunswick NJ. The male was stopped by patrol for operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons and released after posting bail.

09/01/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 20, of Hackettstown NJ, and another male, age 20, of Washington NJ, both for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol observed both men standing next to the passenger side door of a parked car on St. Andrews Dr. Washington Township. When patrol attempted to make contact with the men they failed to listen to the officer and attempted to hide. It was determined that the men were waiting for a ride from the vehicles owner and tried to hide because they had been drinking. Both subjects were charged with the local ordinance violation and released with a court date.

09/01/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 22, of Oxford NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to the 80 block of Belvidere Ave Oxford Township for the report of a possible disturbance. Upon the officers arrival the male, attempted to run away from the scene. He was processed and released with a court date.

09/02/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 47, of Washington NJ, for simple assault. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail.

09/02/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 60, of Washington NJ, for an $89.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. He was processed and released after posting bail.

09/02/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 41, of Whitehouse NJ, for an $81.00 warrant out of Oxford Township. He was processed and released with a court date.

09/02/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 47, of Irvington NJ, for a theft of moveable property. On 08/27/14 patrol was dispatched to the Quick Chek on Rte. 57 in Washington Township for a theft not in progress. The male, who was working for a company making a delivery at the store, was observed going through several employees belongings. The officer’s investigation revealed that he stole money and a cell phone from the employee’s lockers. He was issued a complaint summons with a court date.
