On Wednesday 9-3-14, several units of the NCSO responded to the area of Walmart in Nashville to assist Nashville PD in locating a larceny suspect that had fled the store. A Loss Prevention Employee had given chase to the suspect out of the store, and the suspect was seen getting into a black Buick. The vehicle was located by NCSO units on Oak Level Road and proceeded to 2446 East Old Spring Hope Road. Upon arriving at this address, the male passenger jumped and ran from the vehicle. During the foot pursuit, suspect was Tasered and taken into custody without further incident. Cameron Toney and Jennifer Whitchurch were both charged and placed into NCJ.
