Announces Three Arrests For A
2012 “Cold Case”

The Southern Pines Police Department announces the arrests of Arrington Le’Trelle Fairley, 23 years of age of Southern Pines, North Carolina, Tyrone Gerard Wright, 28 years of age of Raleigh, North Carolina and Tyrone Marquis Daniels, 26 years of age who has reported a Southern Pines and a Raleigh North Carolina address. Arrington Le’Trelle Fairley was arrested on August 15, 2014, Tyrone Gerard Wright was arrested on August 13, 2014 and Tyrone Marquis Daniels was arrested on September 4, 2014.

On September 25, 2012, at approximately 10:25 pm, the Southern Pines Police Department responded to the report of a home invasion burglary in the 400 block of Ridgewood Drive in Southern Pines, North Carolina. During this incident, three victims sustained gunshot wounds.

Arrington Le’Trelle Fairley has been charged with three (3) counts of Assault with a Deadly Weapon With The Intent To Kill, two (2) counts of First Degree Burglary, two (2) counts of First Degree Kidnaping and Discharging A Firearm in City Limits.

Arrington Le’Trelle Fairley appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and is currently being held at the Moore County Detention Center under a $100,000 secured bond.

Tyrone Gerard Wright has been charged with First Degree Burglary and First Degree Kidnaping.

Tyrone Gerard Wright appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and is currently being held at the Moore County Detention Center under a $400,000 secured bond.

Tyrone Marquis Daniels has been charged with First Degree Burglary and First Degree Kidnapping.

Tyrone Marquis Daniels appeared before a Moore County Magistrate and is currently being held at the Moore County Detention Center under a $25,000 secured bond pending a hearing on September 23, 2014 in Moore County District Court in Carthage, North Carolina.
