Grapevine had three mosquito samples this week that have tested positive for carrying the West Nile Virus. A positive mosquito sample was detected in the 1800 block of Hall-Johnson Drive, also in the 2600 block of Briarwood and in the 1500 block of N. Dooley Road. Due to these areas having had positive mosquito samples detected previously, we will administer mosquito control ground spraying on three consecutive nights within a half mile radius of each address. Spraying dates for all three addresses are as follows: Thursday, September 11, Friday, September 12 and Saturday, September 13 beginning at 10 p.m.
