Mannheim Rd shut down in both directions at I-190 (Kennedy Xway) due to severe Accident 
Mannheim Rd (Rt 45) is being a shut down in both directions for approximately 3-4 hours at I-190 (Kennedy Xpressway) for a police investigation due to a severe traffic accident. Alternate routes from south would be River Rd to Higgins. Westbound I-190 traffic can exit at Besse Coleman Dr. or River Rd.
