UPD would like assistance identifying this ATM thief. 
On September 6, 2014, a man used his debit card at a bank ATM in the 100 block of N. Euclid Ave. Unfortunately, he left his card in the ATM. The female in the attached flyer walked up to the ATM within 90 seconds of the victim's transaction and withdrew money from his account.
