A felony theft occurred at a local motel where a flat screen television was stolen. Felony warrants are outstanding for the white female in the attached photographs. She is Jessica Carpenter, of Downsville, La. We are requesting assistance in identifying the white male in the photographs who checked in with her. They were in the displayed white pickup truck.
