The City of Grapevine Traffic Division has a target date of Wednesday, September 24 to change the signal control cabinet at the SH 114 frontage road and the NW Hwy/Southlake Blvd intersection. The signals will go dark beginning at 9am and will be operational again by 3pm that afternoon. Temporary stop signs will be put up in all directions during the signal dark time. During this time, the City of Southlake and City of Grapevine Police Departments will monitor and assist with traffic control, as conditions warrant their presence.
