FOUND CHILD - HAPPENING NOW
A citizen found this sweet little girl at a restaurant in the 1300 block of W. Grand Ave in Wisconsin Rapids today 09-22-14 at about 3:51pm. She is currently safe and coloring at the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department.
She says her name is Tory, Toya or Victoria, but difficult to understand.
She says she is 4-years old
She has blonde hair and blue eyes.
