JCP &L is doing an emergency shut down at 1:30 this afternoon Rocktown Substation area will be affected. 
At approximately 1:30PM on this date JCP&L will be conducting an emergency outage in an effort to clear a dead tree before tomorrow's weather. The tree poses a threat to the Rocktown sub's primary lines. This will impact some portion of Lambertville, and possibly a portion of West Amwell. Unknown how long this repair will take
