South Pasadena Police and Fire Open House this Sunday, 9-28-14 from 10 AM to 3 PM. 
This weekend's activity at the police department starts on Saturday, 9-27-14 with the DEA Prescription Drug Take Back from 10 AM to 2 PM. Turn in your old, unused, or expired drugs for proper disposal at the police department.
On Sunday, 9-28-14 from 10 AM to 3 PM, is the police and fire open house. Helicopters, police and fire demos, guided station tours, child fingerprinting and free giveaway items are part of the activity. There will be a special area dedicated to Emergency Preparedness at the rear of the fire station. Come learn what to do before, during and after a disaster. Organizations from the city to the federal level will be on hand to provide important information. Caltech Office of Seismology will also be providing information about earthquakes.
The South Pasadena Tournament of Roses will also be having their classic car show along Mission Street. Come see over 300 classic cars!
The weather should be great, so bring the family for a day of fun and educational activity
