Full Notification

An incident involving a standoff with a potentially armed suspect at an apartment at South St. and Olean Rd. this morning came to a successful conclusion. Several agencies responded to assist. No one was hurt. Suspect surrendered without incident. The incident forced the temporary closing of Olean Rd. & South St. area. Thank you to all motorists and pedestrians who cooperated with police directions. All road are now open.
