09/10/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 53, of Washington NJ, for a $100.00 warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

09/12/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 23, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $300.00 warrant out of Washington Township. He was processed and released after posting bail.

09/13/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 55, of Kunkletown Pa, for a $290.00 warrant out of Riverdale NJ. On 09/13/14 at approximately 0149 AM patrol observed two suspicious subjects in the parking lot of St. Rose Church, Oxford Township. The officer’s investigation revealed the men were playing an interactive cell phone game, Ingeress, similar to capture the flag, and that the male had an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released after posting bail.

09/13/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 34, of Washington NJ, for a $219.00 warrant out of Manville NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

09/13/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 42, of Washington NJ, for a $37.00 warrant out of East Orange NJ. She was processed and released after posting bail.

09/14/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 48, a female, age 52 and another male, age 33, all of Washington NJ for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol observed the three individuals at approximately 10:23 PM in the 30 block of Belvidere Ave, Washington Borough acting disorderly and causing a disturbance. All three were issued a local ordinance summons and released with a court date.
09/15/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 31, of Washington NJ for disorderly conduct, hindering apprehension and the obstruction of the administration of justice. On 09/15/14 at approximately 01:47 AM patrol observed the male and another subject looking into the windows of parked vehicles along West Church St. in Washington Borough. When patrol approached him he fled on foot. He was found lying down next to a residence on North Wandling Ave. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail on $1000.00 bail.

09/15/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 21, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants out of Washington Borough totaling $1000.00. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/15/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 31, of Harleysville Pa., for a $250.00 warrant out of Hackettstown NJ while stopped for a motor vehicle violation. He was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons and released after posting bail.

09/16/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 21, of Washington NJ, for a possession of a controlled dangerous substance (CDS). On 09/16/14 at approximately 2:00PM He and another male were observed by patrol on W. Washington Ave, Washington Borough acting suspiciously. Upon further investigation the male was found to be in possession of (CDS). He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/18/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 51, of Washington NJ, for a $50.00 warrant out of Washington Borough. She was stopped by patrol for an equipment violation and it was discovered that she had an outstanding warrant. She was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons and released after posting bail.

09/19/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 49, of Brooklyn NY, for outstanding warrants totaling $1180.00. He was stopped by patrol for failure to yield to an emergency vehicle and found to have warrants out of Elizabeth, Jersey City and Union Township. The male was processed, issued several motor vehicle summonses and released with court dates after posting bail.

09/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 47, of Washington NJ, for simple assault and harassment. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $7500.00 bail.

09/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 23, of Washington NJ, for driving while intoxicated (DWI). Patrol conducted a traffic stop at 02:12 AM on SH 57 W., Washington Borough for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, was intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to HQ. for processing. His BAC was .09%. The male was issued motor vehicle summonses for speeding, careless driving, failure to maintain lanes, failure to signal a turn, failure to exhibit an insurance card, open container of an alcoholic beverage and DWI. He was released with a court date. Mr. Black’s passenger, a female, age 23, of Washington NJ was also issued a motor vehicle summons for an open container of an alcoholic beverage.

09/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 27, of Washington NJ, for a NCIC hit out of Warren County Prosecutor’s Office. He was stopped by patrol while walking on SH 31 N, Washington NJ for the outstanding warrant. He was processed and released to the WC Sheriff’s Department.

09/20/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 20, of Washington NJ, for maintaining a nuisance. He failed to comply with an officer’s direction while at a traffic post on Kinnaman Ave, Belvidere Ave, Mine Hill Rd and Jackson Valley Rd for the Warren Hills Regional High School Community Day Parade. He was issued a summons for the local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance by mail.

09/21/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 30, of Easton Pa., for driving while intoxicated (DWI) and an outstanding $120.00 warrant out of Pohatcong Twp. Patrol conducted a traffic stop on 09/21/14 at 02:01 AM on Jackson Ave, Washington Borough for a motor vehicle violation. Further investigation revealed that the driver, was intoxicated. He was arrested and transported to HQ. for processing. His BAC was .12%. The male was issued motor vehicle summonses for careless driving, driving the wrong way on a one way street and DWI. He was released with a court date after posting bail on the outstanding warrant.
