The Rocky River Police Department is proud to announce that Ptl. Stephanie Troha and Ptl. Richard Bird have been nationally certified as Child Passenger Safety Technicians though Safe Kids Worldwide. Safe Kids Worldwide is a global organization dedicated to preventing injuries in children, the number one killer of kids in the United States. Ptl. Bird and Ptl. Troha have now joined this global team to help educate parents and caregivers on how to help keep our children safe during vehicular travel. The Rocky River Police Department is now offering a free service to anyone who is in need of assistance in having their child's safety seat checked for proper installation or having a new child safety seat installed.
This service will take place at The Rocky River Police Department. Please contact either Ptl. Troha or Ptl. Bird at the Rocky River Police
Department to schedule an appointment at 440-331-1234 to take advantage of this free service.
