The Greene County Sheriff's Office is investigating the reported theft of 8 cattle from the 2900 block of S Farm Rd 51 taken between Friday evening & Saturday morning at 8 a.m.. The cattle are weaned calves - 4 heifers & 4 steers with an average weight between 600-700 lbs.
There were 2 black, one white & 1 gray heifers; 1 red, 1 black, 1 white and 1 black w/white face steers.
The cattle had a yellow numbered tag in their left ear and a white numbered tag in their right ear. The right ear also has a white RFI tag.
