09/22/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 41, of Phillipsburg NJ, for a $290.00 warrant out of Mt. Olive Township. The female was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. She was processed and released with a court date.

09/23/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 25, of Flemington NJ, a female, age 31, of Washington NJ, and a male, age 24 of Phillipsburg, NJ. At approximately 11:18 PM officers were dispatched to Philbert’s Pub, W. Washington Ave, Washington Borough for a disorderly person. The investigation resulted in the female and one of the males being charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Additionally, one of the males had outstanding warrants totaling $3300.00 out of Washington Borough, Raritan Township and Trenton. The second male was charged with obstruction of the administration of justice for interfering with the officer’s investigation. One male and the female were processed and released with courts dates. The second male was lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

09/23/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 38, of Washington NJ, for a $500.00 warrant out of Patterson NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

09/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 24, of Washington NJ for maintaining a nuisance. Patrol was dispatched to a Flower Ave residence in Washington Borough for a noise complaint. The male was issued a local ordinance summons and released with a court date.

09/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 21, of Geln Gardner NJ, a male, age 23, of Hampton NJ and a female, age 24, of Washington NJ, for disorderly conduct, maintaining a nuisance and an outstanding warrant. On 09/26/14 at approximately 02:14 AM officers were dispatched to the Rail Road Ave Apts. Washington Borough for the report of fireworks. The officers made contact with the three suspects in reference to the complaint. The officer’s investigation resulted in both males being charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. The female was found to have an outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown NJ. All parties were processed and released with court dates.

09/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 32, of Oxford NJ, for an outstanding warrant out of Byram Township NJ totaling $114.00. He was processed and released after posting bail.

09/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 23, of Andover NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 out of Denville and Bridgewater Townships. He was processed and released after posting bail.

09/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 60, of Asbury NJ, for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. On 09/26/14 at approximately 10:00PM the male was observed by patrol urinating in the Vannatta St. parking lot in Washington Borough . He was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance, processed and released with a court date.

09/27/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 35, of Hampton NJ, for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance. On 09/27/14 at approximately 1:14 AM The male was causing a disturbance on Belvidere Ave, Washington Borough. He was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance, processed and released with a court date.

09/27/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 18, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance for maintaining a nuisance.

On 09/27/14 at approximately 03:37AM the male was attempting to avoid patrol after urinating in the Midtown parking lot in Washington Borough. He was issued a summons for maintaining a nuisance, processed and released with a court date.

09/28/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 25, of Morristown NJ, for an outstanding criminal contempt warrant out of Independence Township. He was processed and released to the Independence Twp. Police Department.

09/29/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 25, of Oxford NJ, for aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

On 09/29/14 at approximately 2:44 PM officers were dispatched to the Warren County road repaving sight on Axford Ave, Oxford Township for a disorderly man blocking the paving equipment. Upon the officer’s arrival, the male began to argue with the officer in the roadway and then failed to comply with the officers orders. He pushed the officer and fled on foot. A short foot chase ensued and he was taken into custody without further incident. He was processed and released after posting $2500.00 bail.

09/30/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 46, of Belvidere NJ, for a $500.00 outstanding warrant out of Washington Township. She was processed and released after posting bail.

10/01/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 52, of Hackettstown NJ, for a $250.00 outstanding warrant out of East Hanover Township NJ. He was processed and released after posting bail.

10/08/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 26, of Washington NJ, for the possession of drug paraphernalia. On 10/08/14 at approximately 1228 PM, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of Brass Castle Rd for a single car roll over motor vehicle accident with injury. The officer’s investigation resulted in the male, who was the driver and only occupant of the vehicle, being charged with reckless driving, careless driving, failure to keep right, failure to wear a seatbelt and drug paraphernalia. The male was transported to St. Luke’s (Warren) by the Washington Emergency Squad. The Washington Township Fire Department, Washington Borough Fire Department and Oxford Emergency Squad also assisted with the scene.

10/08/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 29, of Hillsborough NJ, for a $100.00 warrant out of Jersey City NJ. The male was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. He was processed issued summonses for the maintenance of lamps, operating an unregistered motor vehicle and released with a court date.

10/08/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 22, of Oxford NJ, and a male, age 22, both for hindering apprehension, obstruction of the administration of justice, and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. Both males had outstanding warrants out of Warren County Superior Court. Officers were dispatched to the railroad Ave apt. for a dispute. Officers located the males in an apartment were the dispute was reported. Both men were arrested without incident. The first male was additionally served complaint warrants stemming from an incident that had occurred on Monday 10/06/14 in Oxford Twp. At that time he fled from bail bonds agents and abandoned his infant child. During Monday’s incident a WTPD established a perimeter and conducted a search using WTPD’s K-9, Erik. The search was called off due to an injury the K-9 suffered to his ear during the search that resulted in stitches. Both men were processed and released to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

10/10/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 57, of Naugatuck Ct, for a $5000.00 outstanding warrant out of Branchburg Township. Officers were dispatched to the A&P plaza for a suspicious vehicle/welfare check of an older white male. Upon the officers arrival contact was made with the vehicle’s owner/operator. The officers investigation resulted in the male being charged with several motor vehicle violation and having an outstanding warrant. He was processed and released to Branchburg PD.
