Numerous unlocked autos entered last night on Shoreland between Wooster and Hampton. Vehicles stolen,homes entered. 
Last evening during the night season on Shoreland Ave between Wooster and Hampton numerous vehicles were entered. All vehicles were unlocked and contents strewn about. These suspect(s) also entered 2 homes, one via an unlocked window and the other via an unlocked door. Once inside the suspect(s) found car keys and attempted to steal the vehicles from the driveway. One attempt was successful, the other vehicle was left abandoned in a neighbors yard as it became stuck.
The crime of entering homes at night while the residents are home is a very brazen criminal activity. It is extremely important that you LOCK YOUR CARS, check the security of your home before retiring for the night and LOCK ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS.
