I-69 Lane Restrictions Scheduled to Continue Monday, October 20
Bridge deck maintenance

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. – The Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) announces that I-69 Peckhart Ditch Bridge deck maintenance operations are scheduled to begin on Monday, October 20. Daytime intermittent lane restrictions in both directions will be in place while INDOT crews repair the bridge decks.

These restrictions may cause traffic congestion and delays in the area between the CR 11A (326) and SR 8 (329) exits near the City of Auburn, Indiana.

This work is in conjunction with the ongoing construction of the crossovers in preparation for next year’s bridge structure replacement.

Bridge deck maintenance operations are anticipated to occur Monday through Thursday during daytime hours only, until early November. All work is weather permitting.

INDOT reminds drivers to use caution and consider worker safety when driving through this construction zone.
