Need Help Locating Runaway Juvenile, Alex Pettis-Teem, age 14 
Runaway juvenile from Benchmark Behavioral Hospital in Wood Cross. Alex left on October 20th and was last seen in Salt Lake City near Sugarhouse Park.
Alex was last wearing dark shorts and a light blue t-shirt with block letters. Alex is 5'8" 140 lbs light brown hair and blue eyes.
