Full Notification

Earlier evening the River Vale Police Department received several complaints of residents hearing what sounded like possible gunshots in the area of Bakos Place/Graney Drive/Loretta Drive. The area was searched thoroughly with negative results. We are requesting all residents in this area to report any suspicious activity immediately to the River Vale Police Department at 201-664-1111. At this time a criminal investigation is ongoing and any parties found to be responsible will be charged in accordance with the law.
