The Detroit 300 Community Action Team, we work as one team/one community with a common purpose to Take Back Our City, One Neighborhood At A Time – to lessen the burden on local law enforcement and combat community deterioration.
Our philosophy has always centered on our belief that crimes against Innocent Women, Children & Senior Citizens are Not acceptable in our community.
This letter is to request your continued support for the 2014 Detroit "Angels’ Night" campaign over the three day period, we need all the help & support we can get especially for the dates of October 29th, 30th & 31th.
Please consider donating your time to patrol with us again during this campaign and to assist our neighborhood communities, Detroit Fire Department, Crimestoppers, Detroit Police & citizen patrols by organizing with us in this Crime prevention measure, our command post will be at Gratiot & Lappin, We need Detroiters like you to donate your time, energy, and experience.
Thus, We shall meet-up at 5:30pm on all three days, available will be patrol assignments, volunteer signup sheets and applications for those who would like to re-commit to the mission of the Detroit 300. Our volunteers say they feel rewarded many times over for the help they provide in making a difference in the lives of others.
