Morrow Police Department will be hosting its annual Safe Halloween Festival at Olde Towne Morrow. Event is geared to smaller children. We have bands, candy, popcorn, cotton candy, several live bands, a DJ, train rides, inflatables, a huge 18ft slide, games, fire trucks, police and sheriff cars, and the Mt. Zion High School Marching Band!

Parking is at Southlake Mall. See you there!
