The Giles County Sheriff's Department is requesting help from the public in identifying a man wanted for questioning in the following case.
On September 23, 2014 an unidentified white male passed a forged check that was forged and produced to look like a Saar Gummi payroll check in Giles County. The check was made out to Bart Bolyard and the person presented an Indiana driver’s license with the name Bartholomew James Bolyard on it. After Investigator Mike Sands received the case he learned that Bartholomew James Bolyard had been incarcerated in an Indiana prison since July 23, 2014. The person that passed the check in Giles County looks like the picture on the drivers license and has passed other checks in Wayne and Lawrence Counties in Tennessee and in the State of Indiana.
