Brandon Tremaine Morris DOB: 01 March 1983 of 1410 Cypress Street in Rocky Mount NC turned himself into the Nash County Sheriff’s Office and is now in custody.
Brandon Tremaine Morris and Demond Levar Morris are brothers.

Officers arrested Demond Levar Morris in the late hours of Wednesday 29 October 2014. He is currently under a $500,000 bond in the Nash County Jail awaiting his first appearance Thursday morning 30 October 2014. Morris is charged with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill.

Brandon Tremaine Morris DOB: 01 March 1983 of 1410 Cypress Street in Rocky Mount NC has been identified as the shooter in this case and is currently being sought. Warrants for assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury with intent to kill have been taken out on Brandon Tremaine Morris.
