Just a reminder that the established hours for trick or treating are from 6-8PM in Milan. The Fire Station siren will sound briefly at the beginning and end of trick or treating hours. Motorists should be aware of the increased pedestrian traffic during these times and exercise caution. With the assistance of our Reserve Officers, extra police patrols will be occurring throughout the residential areas of the city beginning early this afternoon and extending into the late night hours tonight. Arby's is hosting a Candy Checking Station at their restaurant on Dexter in Milan from 7-9PM. Our School Resource Officer and a Police Reserve will be conducting those checks at Arby's. There is no cost to have candy checked.
