Barnegat Avenue and areas on Central Avenue are experiencing flooding due to excessive rainfall. Driving through flood waters may cause damage to and/or disable vehicles. Please do not drive through flood water, as it may be deeper than it appears. Long Beach Boulevard is passable and should be used for all traffic through town.
Additionally, roadways in other towns on Long Beach Island may be experiencing flooding. Please exercise extreme caution when driving and follow all detours.
