10/23/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 28, of Washington NJ, for harassment and criminal mischief. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of bail.

10/23/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 29, of Raritan NJ, for a $389.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

10/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 40, of Washington NJ, for simple assault. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $500.00 bail.

10/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 51, of Washington NJ, for driving under the influence (DUI). On 10/24/14 at approximately 10:45 PM officers were dispatched to Kinnaman Ave in Washington Township for the report of an erratic motor vehicle. Upon the officers arrival in the area a vehicle matching the description was located and further investigation revealed that the male driver was intoxicated. He was processed and charged with DUI, refusal to submit to a breath test, careless driving and failure to exhibit a registration. He was released with a court date.

10/24/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 28, of Budd Lake NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $5750.00 out of Newark and Rockaway Borough. She was processed and released after posting bail.

10/24/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 28, of Washington NJ, for a $106.00 warrant out of Westfield NJ. He was processed and released after posting bail.

10/25/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 27, of Oxford NJ, for a $114.00 warrant out of Pohatcong Township NJ. He was processed and released with a new court date.

10/26/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 19, of Trenton NJ, for a $240.00 warrant out of Trenton NJ. The male was stopped on Rte. 31 in Washington Township for driving with a suspended registration. He was issued additional motor vehicle summonses for driving with a suspended license and driving an uninsured motor vehicle. He was processed and released with a new court date.

10/27/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 26, of Washington NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $2300.00 out of Pohatcong Township, Brenards Township, Mansfield Township and Plainfield NJ. He was processed and Lodged in the WC Jail.

10/27/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 21, of Washington NJ, for possession with intent to distribute CDS (marijuana), conspiracy to distribute CDS (marijuana), less than 50 grams of marijuana, paraphernalia. On 10/27/14 at approximately 8:00 PM officers were dispatched to South Lincoln Ave in Washington Borough for a dispute. The officer’s investigation resulted in the subject being charged with possession with intent to distribute CDS (marijuana), less than 50 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. He was released with a court date.

10/27/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 45, of Washington NJ, for a $40.00 warrant out of Washington Borough NJ. He was processed, brought before the court and released.

10/27/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 45, of Washington NJ, for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 10/27/14 at approximately 11:35 AM patrol observed the male urinating on E. Washington Ave and Jackson Ave in Washington Borough. He was processed and issued a local ordinance summons for maintaining a nuisance and released with a court date.

10/28/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 28, of Oxford NJ, for outstanding warrants totaling $1500.00 out of Mt. Olive Township and Rockaway. She was stopped on Pequest Rd in Oxford Township for driving an unregistered motor vehicle. The driver was found to have a suspended drivers license and failure to produce the vehicle registration. She was processed and released after posting bail.

10/30/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 29, of Mt. Bethel Pa, for a $190.00 warrant out of North Hunterdon Municipal Court. He was stopped on Rte. 31 in Oxford Township for a motor vehicle violation. He was processed and released with a new court date.

10/30/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 27, of Whitehall Pa, for being a fugitive from justice. On 10/30/14 at approximately 3:50 PM officers received information that the female, was wanted out of the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office and entered as a NCIC hit out of Florida, was staying at a residence on Port Colden Rd. in Washington Township. Officers made contact with the home owner and she was taken into custody without incident. She was processed and lodged in the WC Jail without bail.

10/31/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 47, and a male, age 47, both of Oxford NJ, for criminal mischief and a local ordinance for disorderly conduct. On 10/31/14 at approximately 9:10 AM officers were dispatched to the Oxford Heritage Manor Apartments in Oxford Township for the report of vandalism to a vehicle. The officer’s investigation resulted in the above individuals being charged with criminal mischief and a local ordinance for disorderly conduct. They were processed and released with court dates.

10/31/14 WTPD arrested a female, age 59, of Oxford NJ, for possession of CDS (marijuana) and paraphernalia. On 10/31/14 at approximately 1015 AM a patrol officer was on an unrelated call at the Oxford Heritage Manor Apartments when he observed the drugs and paraphernalia. The female was charged with less than 50 grams of marijuana and paraphernalia. She was processed and released with a new court date.

11/01/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 47, of Oxford NJ, for a local ordinance for disorderly conduct. On 11/01/14 at approximately 6:15 PM officers were dispatched to the Oxford Heritage Manor Apartments in Oxford Township for the report of a neighbor dispute. The officer’s investigation resulted in the male being charged with a local ordinance for disorderly conduct. He was processed and released with court dates.

At 8:04 PM officer were again dispatched to the Oxford Heritage Manor for a 911 emergency call. Upon the officer’s arrival the investigation revealed that the 911 emergency call was fabricated. The caller was arrested and charged with causing a false public alarm and disorderly conduct. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail in lieu of $1000.00 bail.

11/02/14 WTPD arrested a male, age 55, of Edison NJ, for being a fugitive from justice. On 11/02/14 at approximately 4:16 PM officers stopped the male on Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township for a motor vehicle violation. The officer’s investigation revealed that the driver was an NCIC hit with a warrant out of the Warren County Superior Court. He was processed and released to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.
