Please help the Placerville Police Department locate missing person Kevin Burroughs, DOB 2-23-84. He is a white, male, 6"1", 180 lbs, with short red hair and a beard. Burroughs was last seen wearing a tie dye shirt with maroon colored pants and no shoes. Burroughs is well known to the Placerville area and is missing from 935 Spring Street where he was last seen at 6:15pm.
Burroughs is at risk due to mental health concerns.
