I have had some recent calls to my office from motorists complaining about their inability to see joggers in the early morning hours. The time change has affected a motorist ability to properly see a jogger in the times just before sunrise. This is a good time to reinforce safety if you do take your early morning jog in the City. PLEASE wear something reflective, more than one item would be extremely beneficial. Do whatever you can to make yourself visible to the motoring public.
For those that are driving please use extra caution at these times and be vigilant for joggers that are not as visible as they were a few weeks ago. Rocky River is a great place to live, it has so much to offer. Let's all work together to keep everyone's safety a top priority!
