Full Notification

On 10-9-14 a woman was using an outdoor ATM machine at an Upland bank. The man in the attached wanted flyer walked up close behind her. She became frightened and went into the bank to conduct her transaction. Unfortunately, she failed to log off the ATM prior and the suspect was able to withdraw $800.
