UPD wanted flyer 
On 11-5-14, at about 4:15 pm, Fed Ex delivered a package to an Upland residence. Shortly after, the resident's home security video system recorded a subject walking up to the porch and stealing the package.
Some of the stolen property was later recovered in the 300 block of W. 18th St.
