The fatal motor vehicle accident near Buffalo Thunder Resort by mile marker 177 is now cleared on both southbound and northbound lanes and is open for regular traffic.

Earlier today the following was reported:

There is a fatal motor vehicle accident on the north bound and southbound lanes of US 84/285 near the Buffalo Thunder Resort exits. Traffic is being diverted to either the 176 north bound exit or 177 south bound exits to the frontage road until this accident is investigated and cleared. Please drive cautiously in this area.
