All lanes of Interstate 90 east bound in Rocky River are now open to traffic. 
An accident involving two tractor-trailers occurred today at about 1:24 PM resulting in the closing of Interstate-90 east bound at Detroit Rd.
Work crews have been able to clear debris and all lanes are now open to traffic.
Traffic remains heavy, road conditions are poor.
