Narrative:
On November 18, 2014, at approximately 3:45 am, the Thousand Oaks Police Department responded to the north end of the Norwegian Grade in Thousand Oaks to an injury traffic collision.

A Harley Davidson motorcycle was traveling northbound on Moorpark Road approaching Santa Rosa Road. As the motorcycle was traveling through a curve, it left the roadway and the rider was ejected. The motorcycle had a single rider and there were no known other vehicles or people involved in the collision. The motorcycle’s rider sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. His identity is pending notification of the next of kin.

The collision is still under investigation by the Thousand Oaks Police Department’s Traffic Bureau. Anyone who might have witnessed the collision or is aware of anyone that might have been involved in the collision is asked to contact the Thousand Oaks Police Department at (805) 494-8271.
