Board of Water Supply (BWS) crews completed road repair on Puiwa Road by 12:45 AM and re-opened it to regular traffic. A 12-inch main break had closed down Puiwa Rd. between Pali Hwy. and Park St. since 7 AM Friday morning.
The BWS thanks area residents and motorists for their patience and understanding as it worked as quickly as possible to restore water service and the roadway.
