The Wisconsin Rapids Police Department is looking for a reported Missing Person.
He is 21 year old Patrick E. Howard.
Male/White
Height: 6'02"
Weight: 180 lbs.
Hair: Brown
Eyes: Hazel
Clothing: Dark Blue Work Pants / Black Hooded Sweatshirt with Red Lettering / Brown Steel-Toe Boots / Carrying a comforter, with pillows and 3 small grocery bags.
He does not have a vehicle or working phone, left on foot and was walking north on 2nd Ave S near the Gaynor Ave round-about.
He was last seen in person on Nov. 25th, 2014. His lack of contact with his friends and relatives is not usual and so we are asking if anyone knows where he is to contact the Wisconsin Rapids Police Department at 715-421-8764.
